Now Fitness Saraland is more than a gym; we are a group of people dedicated to improving the lives of our family, friends, and community. We rely on functional movements and a competitive but fun and supportive environment to help our members reach their fitness goals.
The program is designed for universal scalability — making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don't change the program.
The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is a key component of why our classes are so effective. We are not just a gym — we are family.

Constantly varied functional movements at high intensity — always scaled to your level. Includes all classes, both buildings, open gym, and programming app.
Jumping, plyometrics, barbell movements, shock absorption, linear and lateral movement. Our science-based program will make you the strongest and best conditioned athlete you've ever been.
A summer program built to develop athletic fundamentals in young athletes — speed, agility, change of direction, and strength training done the right way.

Why Try a Free Class?
The program is designed to be infinitely scaleable. Every workout can be modified in a way that helps individuals of any fitness level attain results. The same routines are used for a 60+ woman who's never worked out as an 18 year old football player.
We scale load and intensity — we don't change programs. Each workout of the day is designed with intention. Our coaches are trained to help everyone modify their workout to accomplish the objective and guide them one step closer to their goals.
Each day's workout is an hour and fifteen minutes max and consists of a group stretch, warm-up, instruction and direction from the coach, a slower-paced strength or skill section, and then a faster-paced workout lasting anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes. Each day is different and exciting.
The hardest part is getting started — it's just showing up that first day. But you don't have to do that alone. We are here to encourage you from the very beginning.
Your first class is free and if you'd like a tour and introduction prior to starting, we're more than happy to do that too.

Who We Are
Now Fitness is more than a gym; we are a group of people dedicated to improving the lives of our family, friends, and community. We rely on functional movement and a competitive, but fun and supportive environment to help our members reach their fitness goals.
Our goal is to ingrain the correct movement patterns in sports and athletics. This consists of jumping, plyometrics, barbell movements, shock absorption, and linear and lateral movements. Our science-based and proven program will make you the strongest and best conditioned you have ever been.
This is not a place where we keep machines for you to use — this is a place where we help you turn your body and mind into a highly functional and efficient machine. We accomplish this by training members in a small group setting rather than leaving you on your own with machines that can't provide positive and constructive feedback.
We created this environment to empower you to choose the life you want to lead. Even if you're doing pull-ups and the athlete next to you is doing a modified movement — you're doing it together. There's something inspiring about growing personally while surrounded by others doing the same.
Movements become more fluid, recovery rate increases, and risk of injury decreases. Proper biomechanics and movement patterns are the foundation of everything we do.
We break down proper running form from the ankle up to the head — first step, acceleration, top-end speed, and body placement for deceleration. Proper lateral movement preparation for every athlete.
Core, shoulder, knee and hip stability through a true plyometric and jump training program. Bodyweight, kettlebell, Olympic and power weightlifting base.
Success is not given — it is earned. Our members learn how to work hard and fight through adversity alongside their fellow teammates. The mentality built in the gym carries into every part of life.
